Biography

I currently offer private and small group Pilates sessions in Lilburn.
Diannah studied Pilates at Body Awareness Studio in Sandy Springs, Georgia. She studied un the instruction of Leslie Clayton and Donna Riley is among the best in the country.

A full certification exist of 600 hours of instruction including comprehensive instruction, private and group sessions, student teaching and apprentice teaching, concluded by indepth testing.

Pilates Exercise is unlike most forms of physical fitness, Pilates focuses on anatomical form, core strength developement along with muscle balance and proper breathing by intergrating movements at the fittness level of each student. This has made Pilates the fastest growing form of physical fitness in the last decade.

Being referred to as the Intelligent Exercise Pilates has been used by to entertainment celebrities, athletes and fitness enthusiast for five decades for rehab of injuries, injury prevention and over all fitness. Pilates has become the exercise of choice for fast physical results without the risk of other forms of exercise.

Adding Piltaes to any fitnes program will help to decrease injury and increase endurance not only during exercise but in everyday life.

I have struggled with the pain and life limitations of injury along with the gaining and loosing of many pounds.

"In the last year and a half I have had life changes that has made it difficlut to work out everyday I have not been as conscious of my eating and I have gained fourty pounds. I will write about the journey of loosing this weight".

Diannah also host special events such as special yoga masters and Chi Gong masters lead classes hsot prayer meditations meetings. Diannah also leads The Breath of Life Process,
