My time with Diannah was beneficial in many ways. One of the biggest things I appreciate about her training is that she really focuses on form – she takes nothing for granted. She taught me more fully how to engage my core – not only for specific exercises but for everyday life things as well such as walking. I feel like I know better now how to carry myself and hold my posture. Another great thing about working with Diannah is that she is very attuned to working with muscle imbalances and doing exercises that feel therapeutic and corrective in nature. This is huge for me as I deal with pretty significant muscle imbalances in my legs due to a leg length discrepancy. Overall, I felt much better after leaving my sessions with Diannah. And even after my sessions, the benefits of good posture and a deeper knowledge of my core and how to carry myself stick with me to this day ... Thanks, Diannah!

Before working with Diannah, I had dabbled in yoga and Pilates at exercise clubs. There is no comparison between the anonymity of working in those group settings and the individual attention I received from Diannah. She was attentive and adaptive to the condition my body and spirit were in each day. She was very supportive and encouraging throughout our weeks working together. I saw physical and mental changes as I dropped dress sizes and gained energy and focus. Pilates is a wonderful discipline and I appreciate Diannah sharing her love of Pilates with me.

ssion was for 10 weeks, and I really feel that her inspiration and coaching made it a great success. One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is in my posture. I don’t slouch in my chair at the computer anymore and even when I’m standing in line somewhere I can practice the things she taught me.
She really knows her stuff! Sometimes she would say, “now we are going to do this” and I would be amazed at what she could help me to accomplish. I really never thought that I could actually move my body in that way. Even though I have a long way to go as far as losing weight and being fit, Diannah has given me a great start and is still encouraging me all the way. Because of pilates with Diannah I feel more in control of my body and more flexible.
